Il presidente della Dinamo Kiev vuole l'attaccante del Chelsea in prestito.
[Gazzetta.it] Igor Surkis, il presidente della Dinamo Kiev, ha un sogno proibito: riportare a casa Andriy Shevchenko dopo otto anni. E per fare questo è disposto a pagare l'intero stipendio del bomber ucraino. Ovvio, il Chelsea dovrebbe venire incontro ai desideri del presidentissimo: vendere, sì, Sheva, ma solo in prestito. «Ho chiesto a Shevchenko di intercedere presso i suoi dirigenti per essere mandato in prestito alla Dinamo - ha spiegato Surkis sul sito del club -. Siamo pronti a prendere Andriy, guadagna tanto, ma siamo pronti a pagare quello che dobbiamo. Non so come Andriy si trovi a Londra, ma so che a Kiev starebbe bene. Se passeremo il preliminare di Champions League insisterò ancora di più». Il problema è che di Sheva si sono quasi perse le tracce. Al Chelsea (che l'ha strappato la scorsa estate dal Milan per 46 milioni di euro) quest'anno non ha ancora giocato, a causa, si dice, di un infortunio alla schiena. Due giorni fa, però, l'ucraino è sceso in campo con la sua nazionale in un'amichevole contro l'Uzbekistan, muovendosi anche abbastanza bene nei 55 minuti in cui è stato impiegato. Più plausibili, dunque, gli screzi con l'allenatore dei Blues, José Mourinho. Dissapori che potrebbero spingere l'ex milanista a un incredibile ritorno a casa.

30 agosto 2007 - Arrivano conferme sul possibile prestito di Shevchenko alla Dynamo Kiev, che ieri si è qualificata alla fase a gironi della Champions League.
Il presidente del club ucraino, Igor Surkis ha spiegato: "Martedì ho telefonato a Sheva, che ieri ha incontrato Abramovich. Serve il via libera di Mourinho, che parlerà con il giocatore oggi o domani. Siamo in grado di garantirgli fino a gennaio lo stesso stipendio che percepisce al Chelsea".
Per l'attaccante ucraino si era parlato anche di un possibile ritorno al Milan.

With rumours of a loan to his first club, Dynamp Kiev, having been vetoed by Chelsea, there are many who are starting to wonder exactly what the future holds for our record signing.
Speaking at the pre-match press conference, ahead of the clash at Villa Park, this is what Steve Clarke had to say, "He`s got to do a little bit of what Joe Cole has got to do. He`s got to wait for his opportunity and when he gets it, he has to take it. That`s the situation with a lot of players at our club, Didier Drogba is the striker, Pizarro has come in and done very well. Salomon Kalou played the first game and I thought he was probably our best, most exciting and dangerous player. So there are another three strikers there as well as Shevchenko. All the players who are not in the team want to play. You train all week and at the end of it you want to be on the pitch. If they`re not selected they`re disappointed. But that`s a normal situation when you have the squad of players we have".
I wonder if Sheva might just be ruing the day he left AC Milan!
